7月22日 Loft is insulated The Loft is insultated
Does anyone know why people disappear from my friends list without me removing them it is really getting annoying.
I have removed a couple of albums as I got an email telling me I had photos involving partial nudity but when I went to the albums they indicated and looked at the pictures I couldn't see any partial nudity so to be on the safe side I just delted the albums. Both albums were fantasy art. I know in the past I have added pics by mistake with partial nudity but I have been real careful since the last time I got an email from costumer support. Like I said I went through the albums and couldn't see anything bad so the only thing I can think of is my space pissed someone off so they made a false complaint to try and get me shut down.
I have also remove the music player as it doesn't work anymore, something about licsencing and songs not being available in some countries, and the player was making it really slow to load my space. Now that I have removed it the space loads right up. While I liked having music on my space I am not sure if I am going to do it again or not. It seems like it always messes up the space, either taking ages to load or locking the computer up. So I will have to have a think about it. I am also thinking about changing my background as it is summer so the snow in the picture doesn't really fit. Not sure what I want to use for the background though so I will try a few different ones. I will start with a photo of me from 2006, not a good point in my life. it fits the title of my space. However as it really isn't who I am anymore I don't know if I like it.
hope everyone has had a good hump day 7月20日 memories Abby and I cleared out the loft this morning so that it can be insulated on wednesday. We have been throwing alot of things up there. A lot of the things we bought each other at the begining ended up up there as well as all the letters we wrote to each other when I had to go back to america both times were up there. I haven't reread the letters yet but I planon doing it before everything goes back up. Going through everything brought back a lot of memories that I had forgotten about. Makes me remember how I felt at the begining.
It will be good this winter to have the loft insulated as well as the cavity walls done later this month as well. Bloody house is rather chilly during the winter 6月10日 Abby HomeSorry it has taken me a couple of days to write this.
Abby is now home. She discharged herself from ICu on monday against medical advice and my advice to for that matter. Fortunatly her breathing hasn't gone to hell again. Her breathing is doing a lot better and the chest infection seems to be going as well. It is good to have her home. She is very tired though which is understandable with everything she has gone through. So I am doing my best to make sure she gets rest and is looked after. Thank you everyone that has left comments and been supportive the last week. It is much appreciated and means a lot 6月7日 AbbyAbby is doing better today. They have taken out all the drips and are giveing her the medicine in tablets. She is still on oxygen. They will also be moving her to a ward, probably a HD ward, sometime tomorrow. She is also talking about discharging herself oin tuesday. We are all telling her to wait until the doctors say she can come home but she can be somewhat stubborn at times so I expect she will be home in a few days. I am slightly worried about that. I came close to losing her last week and I don't want her to go through this again. I am really hoping she will listen to reason.
6月6日 Abby off life support I have great news tonight. They were able to take Abby off of life support this evening. 6月5日 Abby updateAbby is still on ventilator. They have decreased the oxygen they are giving her to 40 percent which is quite good I think as they were giving her 60 percent yesterday. They are still clearing her chest out, loads of crap left in her lungs but it is continueing to get clearer and thiner so that is good. Slowly decreaseing the amount of the drugs they are giving her. She actually came around today and was quite aware of what was going on around her. Trying to talk, pull the tube out of her mouth and was getting quite frustrated with not being able to communicate with us. Nurse got the ok from the doctors to increase the drug for sedating her. Only bad thing to report is she had a couple of minor episodes were she went into AF the longest lasting a couple of minutes. I will keep updateing until she is better. The nurse did tell me that she will be on life support for at least several more days. Just called ICU and she is sleeping nicely now with no changes. I miss my babe things aren't the same here without her. my friends list is screwed upI am trying to go through my friends list visiting people again, but it seems like there are a lot of people missing. Problem is it has been so long since I was on here I can't remember who was in my friends list. One that does seem to be missing is Jesa/jake. Does anyone know if she still has a space???? Abby still on life supportJust a quick update as there isn't much to report. Abby is still on life support. All of her stats are slowly imporoving and the crap they are bringing off her lungs is a lot thinner and clearer now. No indication of when she will be off of life support though. 6月3日 Back off to hospital Back off to the hospital now. Abby is about the same, she had a couple of episodes were here stats dropped lastnight and they have increase her oxygen but other than that she is the same. 6月2日 Abby can't breath / I feel guilty Part 1 Abby can't breath
It has been along time since I last bloggeg and I wish I was blogging again under better circumstances. Abby has brittle asthma and has been having trouble breathing latly and has been suffering from a really bad chest infection for a good week now. Yesterday morning (Monday) she went to the surgery as an emergany patient and the doctor immediatly dialed 999. Abby was taken to the hospital by ambulance and emited to A&E about noon. Her breathing didn't stablize, getting slowly worse. I have to say that I was not impressed with the level and quality of care she reseved at A&E. She was stuck in a room that was in the way back corner of A&E and wasn't checked on. I had to go out several times to get someone to come in to look at her because she needed help. Not that it did a lot of bloody good. All she got was an oxgyen mask. It wasn't until about 8pm when she told them if they don't do something else she was discharging herself that she got a steroid drip and moved her out to a room by where the nurses station is but basically still ignored her. I stayed with her until 9 pm and came home because the kids were with Abby's mum. 2 am Abby called me telling me her breathing wasn't under control and that she didn't think she was going to make it. I tryed to calm her down and told her I would see her soon and that I loved her. As it was 2 am and I was here alone with the kids I couldn't go to the hospital like I wanted too. I wasn't able to get back to sleep after that spent the night staring at the ceiling worrying about my babe. I figured I would get the kids off to school in the am and rush to the hospital. However At about 5:30 Abby's dad rang telling me he was coming to get me and that Abby's mom would watch the kids. They got here shortly after 6 and I went to the hospital with Abby's dad. Driving like I did back in America lol. I think we set a record for getting to boston hospital. Anyway Abby was in a real bad way when we got there. They had moved her to CDU (clinical descision unit) in the early morning hours sometime and were going to wait until 9am when the doctor was going to do his rounds to assess her. Unfortunately they weren't listening to her and kept saying that her stats on the stupid machine were ok. And that everything was fine, even though it was obvious to a retarded monkey on crack that she was anything but fine. She was still just being given oxygen at this point. It took Abby's dad demanding that a doctor come and look at her that something happened. Doc came and looked at her and called ICU and had some people come down and look at her they did a blood gas and found that even though the machine was saying her oxgyen level was 98 percent it wasn't and on top of that her CO2 level was dangerously high. crap memory here I think they said Abby's C02 level was at 68 percent. And I would like to ask when the hell is a pulse rate that is constantly over 175 fine. Up until this point I have to say that I thought and still think that the care you recieve in English hospitals is crap and I was honestly thinking she would be better off risking getting on a plane and flying to my home country America to be treated. Because every time I have been to the hospital in the U.S. even for something minor for myself and rather major for my dad and grandmum the level of care was way bloody better. Sorry I am starting to rant but it is bloody fu*kin crap here. Anyway things were starting to get done by about half 7. Unfortunatly it wasn't soon enough and Abby's breathing stopped at this point. Abby was intubated (I think thats what they called it) and put on a ventalation machine. And waited 4 hours for a spot in ICU. If there are no spaces that should tell you you need to build a bloody bigger hospital. Sorry again. Anyway she was moved to ICU about noon and we had to wait several hours to see her, while they got her settled in. I have to say I was impressed when I was let into ICU, the equipment there is state of the art and each bed has its own nurse observing the patient every single minute even if they have to step away for a minute they have some one cover their post. I also noticed that the nurses are very well trained and very good at their job in ICU, I hope they get paid very well. Also the nurses explained to me exactly what they were doing anytime they did something to Abby or one of the doo hicky thingies around her. I didn't realise it was possible to have that many drips attached to one person (steriods, magnessium, antibotic, thyophyllin and several more I can't remember what they were called though)
While Abby is breathing better right now it is only because she is hooked to a machine that is breathing for her. The only thing that I can report that is good is that her stats have improved her pulse is down around 100, blood pressure is more normal 120 over 60. Also they are bringing the thick nasty crap up out of her lungs which is rather disgusting to watch by the way and her blood gases are improving, (blood gasses being very closely monitored with very regular blood tests being done)
There is no telling how long she will be in ICU or how long a machine will be breathing for her. The doctor did tell me it depends on a lot of things and could be a couple of days to a couple of weeks.
Kids are in Notts now with their dad. which will make it easier than running back and forth from the hospital. And they don't need to see their mum like this.
Part 2 I feel guilty
I feel guilty for 2 reasons. First because I am probably the reason that Abby is at hospital. I had a cold and minor chest infection a couple of weeks ago and probably past it on to Abby. If I hadn't been so stubborn and gotten treated Abby might not have gotten ill. Sorry about that babe.
2nd because Monday morning Abby and I had an argument Not going into detail as I think it is a private matter. I said some things that were rather horrible and I didn't really mean. We did apoligize to each other before going to the surgery but I still feel guilty for argueing with her. I know she won't read this blog for awhile but I want to publicly say I am sorry babe please forgive me. I was tired, cranky, angry and being stupid. I didn't mean the things I said. I love you and you are the best thing that has happen to me in my entire life. You are amazing, special, beautiful, caring and everything I could possibly want in a wife. I love you babe.
Word of advice becareful what you say to someone you love, you never know what might happen in a few minutes time. 1月12日 Wishing Well A married couple walks up to a wishing well. The guy leans over, makes a wish and throws in a penny. His wife decides to make a wish, too, but she leans over too far, falls into the well and drowns. The guy says, "Wow, it really works." 1月11日 Sunday It has been a few days since I last bloged and I thought I had better do something. Not much going on here. I got my residence permit in the post last week. Thats about it really. Yes I lead a dull and boring life. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. 1月5日 Approved Very short blog tonight as I am not feeling very well. I had my appointment for my further leave to remain on dec 31. Long drive and a lot of waiting there. My FLR has been granted though so I can stay for 2 years now. Then I can apply for my indefinite leave to remain. Hope everyone is having a good week so far. 12月28日 Do you know the front and back of a tree?DO YOU KNOW THE FRONT AND BACK OF A TREE?

HE WALKS BACK TO THE FOREMAN AND HANDS HIM THE CHALK. 'THAT Christmas Well another christmas has come and gone. My 2nd christmas together with Abby and the first christmas for me with Abby's kids. Last year they were at their dads for christmas, they were rather excited. A bit to excited as I ended up with mashed potatos and gravy in my hair. The Kids got loads of presents and seem to like them all. I got Abby a few things: a couple of tops, some hair care things, a book. Abby got me a cool pentaram ring, jeans, colored hair spray, a disc with 1000 fantasy art pictures on it (yes I will be adding loads of photos in the near future) 2 books (1 Dave Pelzer book and the other was how to say I love you in 100 different languages) and another disc with loads of wiccan things on it. I am still trying to work out the point and significants of the christmas crackers, being American last year was the first time I had ecxperienced them and they still baffle me.
On boxing Day we went to Skeggy for a meal with Abby's parents and brother and sisters. Very fancy 3 course meal which was excellent.
The kids have gone to spend a week with their dad leaving yesterday and not coming back until this comeing saturday. Which has left the house blissfully quiet.
Thats about it for now. Hope everyone had a good Christmas and when I get a chance I will be coming around to all of your spaces. 12月27日 I Love YouI thought I would do a little blog and tell my wife that I love her loads.
